Specialized Treatment Clinician                         Salary: $28,357.60- $35,651.20/exempt

Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited school with a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or some other relevant Human Services discipline plus a Florida CAP.  Licensed to practice as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist preferred.  No less than two years experience providing direct clinical services to adults suffering from substance abuse related disorders.  Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate competence in current principals and practices including all aspects of providing treatment services to adults suffering from substance abuse and related issues.  Must be familiar with and demonstrate competence in various treatment modalities and therapy models useful in the clinical and behavioral management of adults.  Demonstrates mastery of DSM-IV substance abuse diagnosis, confidentiality, and treatment planning. Current CPR/First Aid certificate.  Current valid drivers license in the State of Florida. Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate competence in current principals and practices including all aspects of providing assessment, treatment, recovery and referral services to adults suffering from substance abuse and other behavioral health related issues. Minimum Qualifications:  Possession of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field and four years progressively responsible experience, with supervisory responsibilities, involving the managing of multiple service contracts; or janitorial and/or lawn care certifications and six years experience in managing multiple service contracts with supervisory responsibilities; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the following knowledge, abilities and skills: Knowledge of general business planning principles and practices.  Knowledge of contract procurement processes and procedures.  Thorough knowledge of rules, regulations, safety procedures, state, federal and local laws pertaining to managing multiple employees. Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree in human nutrition, food and nutrition, dietetics, food management or related field.  Registered Dietician/Nutritionist in the State of Florida and registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Prefer two [2] years experience providing dietary services in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility.  Must be able to cope with mental and emotional stress related to working with persons have substance abuse and/or mental health issues. Must be detailed oriented and have excellent literacy and writing, documentation, communications and interpersonal abilities.  Must be able to use tools and equipment required.  Must be able to prepare palatable foods that are appetizing in appearance.  Must have knowledge of methods and procedures for serving food, principles of sanitation, and principles of safe food handling.
